We had a fun morning with Chris and Eric Harnack of Harnack Builders and Roofing out of Hills. We met with them at a recently finished remodeling of the upstairs of a Main Street business in Luverne. Chris and Eric are 50/50 owners of their business concentrating on new and remodeled projects. They also keep busy with roofing in the tri-state area. Our conversation flowed from all aspects of this business such as differing building codes, managing schedules, finances, customer relationships, marketing, and attention to detail. Eric believes the biggest misconception of construction workers is that they are uneducated.
