Katie Baustian.

I am Katie Baustian and have been the facilitator for the SWMN CEO program for 5 years. Each year I enjoy watching the young professionals grow and become more confident in their interactions with business owners. Many young professionals will say that CEO is more of a life class than a business class, I think it's a good mix of both. I live with my husband Pat in Luverne. We have four kids, all out of the nest, and one grandson to spoil. I am an active volunteer at the Rock County Food shelf as well as my church.
