New Vision Coop has been serving area farmers since 1901. CEO Matt Ashton and Human resource director Lina Bernal shared the history and purpose of this Coop with our group. New Vision has 18 locations and 190 employees. Matt shared their strategic initiatives of employee and customer safety, employee engagement, customer engagement, financial success, technology including AI and growth.
