It is always good to hear from a speaker who has had many opportunities and experiences in life but through it all finds his way back to Southwest Minnesota. Ron Honken and his wife Cathy made the decision to move back to the area to be close to family. Ron shared many life lessons and some of the wisdom he has gained in 40 years as an employee and a leader. Ron talked to the young professionals about conflict resolution, having a mentor and how to cultivate that relationship, the three things that will add to success, staying knowledgable of what is happening in your community and the world, becoming involved in your community, as well as encouraging the young professionals to read books about business.
