Eric Sandbulte has been the store manager of the C&B in Luverne for 5 years. He enjoys the culture and the streamline transition as the dealership has been recently purchased by Point Field Partners. Eric included us in the morning meeting with his team and gave a tour of the facility. Eric was joined by Paige Oeltjenbruns, who is the regional administrator for C&B. Eric and Paige spoke about the career opportunities within C&B, the advances of technology in farming, working with customers, environmental farming, safety, efficiencies, and their business model. Eric encouraged the young professionals to always be forward thinking, be willing to work hard and do bette, and never say "that's not my job". Thank you for the great morning!
