Ryan Eidhammer started in the auto repair business at 14. He enjoyed the hands on work but considered it more of a job than a career. Never thinking he would own a business, he was offered a partnership and decided to try ownership. He has never looked back and grown his business after buying out his partner. The first thing Ryan did was to build a bigger facilitate to house more cars and operate a large towing business. Ryan said as an owner you have to learn to stick with your business in good and bad times, pay employees what they are worth, and build customer relationships. His ability to hire employees will frame what his future looks like. He encouraged the young professionals to learn something new everyday! Thank you for sharing your story with us!
