In 1965 John Fey founded Fey Industries with the purchase of an RF Heating business from Mountain Lake. At the time, Fey Printing and Plastic was created to offer employment to residents of Edgerton so they could be home for supper with their families. A 3rd generation owner, Mike Fey, continues the culture of family for his 200 employees. Fey Industries promotional advertising products are shipped throughout the United States. Mike is always looking at different opportunities to diversify his business by acquiring 5 complimentary companies over the last 20 years. Mike and his team work hard to stay relevant in the promotional advertising business. Mike shared with the young professionals that "change is difficult but not changing is fatal". Mike and his team strive to brighten the world through their actions. Each year Fey Industries is an eye opening visit for the SWMN CEO young professionals. Thank you Mike for giving us two days to learn about your business.
